Membership Cancellation Policy

At Heron Sauna, we want our memberships to be simple and flexible. Please read our cancellation policy before signing up.

1. Minimum Commitment

All memberships have a minimum commitment of one 30-day billing period.

Your membership begins on the date of your initial payment and automatically renews every 30 days unless cancelled.

2. Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time by either:

You must submit your cancellation before your next scheduled renewal date to prevent your membership from automatically renewing.

Once your cancellation has been processed, no further subscription payments will be taken.

3. Access Following Cancellation

When you cancel your membership, you will retain access to your membership benefits and any remaining sessions until the end of your current paid 30-day billing period.

Your membership will then expire automatically, and no further renewals will take place.

4. Unused Sessions

Each membership includes a set number of sauna sessions per 30-day billing period.

Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the relevant billing period.

Unused sessions cannot be carried over, exchanged for cash or transferred to another person, including following membership cancellation.

5. Refunds

Membership payments are non-refundable once the relevant billing period has commenced, except where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Cancelling your membership does not entitle you to a refund for any unused sessions or remaining time in your current billing period, except where you have a statutory right to a refund.

6. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Where applicable, customers who purchase memberships online may have a 14-day cooling-off right under Irish consumer law. Any applicable rights and refund entitlements will be honoured in accordance with the law.
