1. Acceptance of Terms

By using heronsauna.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Our Services

We provide online booking for sauna sessions. All bookings are subject to availability and our cancellation policy.

3. Booking & Payments

• You must provide accurate information when booking.

• Customers must be 18 years of age or older to use the sauna.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are non-refundable. Exceptions can be made at our discretion due to extraordinary circumstances.

• No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded.

  5. Loyalty point system 

• Loyalty Points are gained on “shared sessions” only.

• Loyalty points are limited to 1 point per booking, regardless of the amount of guest within the booking.

• Once 10 loyalty points are accumulated there will be an option to redeem at the checkout page. This loyalty session will only allow and is only intended to discount one session for one person. All guests will be charged as normal on the booking. 

   

  6. Conduct & Use

  Users must not use our site for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt the operation of the website or services.

  7. Intellectual Property

  All content on heronsauna.com, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Chorroin LTD and may not be reused without permission.

  8. Disclaimers

  Our service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the site is free from errors or viruses.

  9. Liability

  o the fullest extent permitted by law, Heron Sauna and its owners, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury, property damage, or health issues arising from the use of sauna facilities

  • Losses due to technical issues with the website or payment processing

  • Booking errors caused by incorrect information entered by the user

  • Service interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by weather, maintenance, or other factors beyond our control

  Use of our sauna facilities is at your own risk. By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept that sauna use involves heat exposure and may not be suitable for all individuals (e.g., those with certain medical conditions or pregnant persons). We encourage you to consult with a medical professional before using our services.

  We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control.

  10. Governing Law

  These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ireland.

  11. Changes to These Terms

  We may update these Terms occasionally. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.
